The Metrics page (Configure > Metrics) lets you define custom metrics that track specific aspects of your agent’s performance.

Overview

Custom metrics allow you to measure outcomes beyond the standard analytics. Define what success looks like for your use case and track it across conversations.

Defining metrics

  1. Go to Configure > Metrics in the sidebar.
  2. Create a new metric by specifying a name and definition.
  3. Configure how the metric is calculated or triggered.
Custom metrics can be referenced in Dashboards and used alongside standard analytics.
