Custom metrics allow you to measure outcomes beyond the standard analytics. Define what success looks like for your use case and track it across conversations.Defining metrics
- Go to Configure > Metrics in the sidebar.
- Create a new metric by specifying a name and definition.
- Configure how the metric is calculated or triggered.
Custom metrics can be referenced in Dashboards and used alongside standard analytics.
