Choosing an integration
Most integrations fall into one of these categories:| Category | Purpose | When to use |

| Voice & telephony | Route calls through your existing contact center | You already use a platform like Genesys, Five9, or Amazon Connect and want PolyAI to handle calls within that infrastructure. |
| Reservations | Look up, create, or modify bookings | Your agent needs to manage restaurant or hotel reservations during calls. |
| CRM & support | Read/write customer records and tickets | Your agent needs caller context or should create/update tickets during interactions. |
| Healthcare | Access patient-facing systems | You’re deploying in healthcare and need EHR integration. |
| Payments | Process payments securely mid-call | Your agent needs to collect payment information with PCI compliance. |
| Data & utilities | Connect to data sources and services | Your agent needs address lookup, translation, or spreadsheet access. |

Getting access
To enable an integration for your project:- Contact your PolyAI account manager or reach out to PolyAI Support
- Provide the required credentials and configuration details (see individual integration pages)
- PolyAI will configure the integration in your sandbox environment for testing
- After successful testing, deploy to production
Some integrations may require additional agreements or licensing with the third-party provider.
