Annotations

From the Conversation Review page, users can annotate responses to identify areas for improvement:

• Wrong transcription: Marks ASR (automatic speech recognition) issues.
• Missing topic: Flags gaps in the assistant’s knowledge base.

Annotations can be:

1. Shared with the PolyAI team for updates and refinements.
2. Used for self-service updates to enhance the knowledge base.
