Step 1: Go to your agent page

Open the agent page
- Log in to your PolyAI account and go to the agent page.

Click ‘Settings’
- On the sidebar, click the “Settings” option.
Step 2: Generate SIP

Find ‘Connect Twilio Phone Number’ Section
- Scroll to the bottom right of the settings page where you will see the “Connect Twilio Phone Number” section.

Click ‘Generate SIP’
- Click the “Generate SIP” button. This will generate a SIP for your agent.
Step 3: Configure SIP in Twilio

Log in to Your Twilio Account
- Go to your Twilio account and log in.

Find the phone numbers section
- In your Twilio dashboard, navigate to the “Phone Numbers” section.

Select the phone number
- Choose the phone number you want to integrate.

Add SIP Trunk
- Follow the instructions in Twilio to add the generated SIP trunk to the selected phone number.
