# Voice integrations

> Connect PolyAI to voice platforms for call routing and SIP-based handoffs.

PolyAI integrates with voice platforms for call routing, SIP data exchange, and live-agent handoffs. Most telephony integrations can be connected from **Configure > Integrations** in Agent Studio.

## Available integrations
